Dedalus simulation scripts

For a simple intro Dedalus script for ice melting and dissolution (building on my work on various ice-ocean interactions, see my github repo here. I hope to add more examples to this repo soon.

Higher-order asymptotics for general PDEs

For some scripts to calculate arbitrary order asymptotic expansions, see the associated code on github. I hope to update this soon to handle much more general coordinate systems for general order tensors, by just using connection coefficients, rather than any hard-coded identities.
